Liked: Everything! We were just an hour from home for a concert. The staff were all so kind, the room was incredibly clean, and breakfast was delicious! If another opportunity comes up, we would stay there again!

Great comfort, very poor service....

Liked: I was charged twice on my credit card for this reservation. I have contacted them and they say they don't have a double charge, but it is on my credit card. They were to send me my receipt, but have not received it to date. Booking.com needs the receipt to look into the double charge.

Disliked: They charged us$ 31.67 extra after we booked online and they said it’s deposit and will return Bach to account while after our driver get out there they hold $1.67 for no reason cuz when we asked they told room was ok and no problem
