Liked: The room was decent
Disliked: No evaluator, not handicap friendly. I am a disabled veteran and barely made it to my room on the 3rd floor. Virtual check in was horrible. Took forever. The agent was in Colombia and had no idea about the hotel. If I gotta do everything I expected that I should get a discount for doing the staffs job. No staff until morning. Very unclear on the process and had to have another guest tell me how to check in
