Liked: The location of the hotel to the event was good
Disliked: The floor and bed frame creaks loudly, the television reception was very poor, I.e the very few channels available were “scrambled” then came into focus, last night of my stay the hot water to the shower was lukewarm

Liked: The staff was polite and the property was clean. The convenience with check in
Disliked: I have a broken foot and the room was on the 3rd floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs because there were no elevators. I cant imagine someone in a wheelchair. What if there is no more rooms for a disabled person? This is a HUGE inconvenience. I had to make sure I brought up all my stuff so as to not make anymore trips downstairs. I had to make sure I got food because I wasn't going to be able to go back downstairs. This should also be noted on goggle and other websites so that people know what they are buying. Also the mattress were kind of old and not comfortable

Disliked: Check in was only available via kiosk. No front desk person. Three stories with NO elevator.

Disliked: Some of the parking lot there were people staying in there car homeless people and the room I got had spiders webs and they had dirty towels in the bathroom sink
