An absolute disaster, stay away...

Disliked: This property does not deserve to have either a Wyndham or Days Inn label. Staff with IQs less than 50. Total disrespect for any mentioned special requests. The breakfast mentioned on website was only a non-working coffee machine and a watery juice contraption, no food at all. Beds claimed as for 2 persons would not fit 2 six year olds! The cost per night over $200 was usurious! The in room TV has no channels of worth. We have stayed in Days Inn properties all over North America and this was the worst ever experienced.

Reservation canceled an hour before...

Liked: Horrible experience. I booked online for 2 rooms. We have 1 pregnant lady and an elderly. We were contacted the morning of check-in that the card that was saved on file has not gone through (it was an old card). So we updated through the email to avoid cancellation. We received the confirmation email for the updated card. We got an email at 4pm stating our room was cancelled. We were actually on the way to the hotel. We called and the rude Indian guy (said he was the mgr) refused to accommodate us and said if we wanted to get the same rooms, we would need to pay almost double what we were charged to begin with. He even admitted he wanted more money. We later found out that our new updated card had been fraudulently charged and Chase cut our card off for our protection. We were out of town so this was a huge disappointment. We begged the guy to rent us the rooms and he insisted on us paying more, after he said he still had rooms for rent. He even told me he cancelled it and rented it to other guests for more money. If your thinking about staying here, don't. Give someone else your money. This guy is not interested in giving good customer service or showing any form of integrity. I feel sorry for him and his future business bc this is not how you treat people as a business owner.
