Disliked: No notice of water break. Advertisement said outside and indoor pool plus hot tub. No inside pool or hot tub. Breakfast hard boiled eggs rubbery, bread was stale. The room was very warm when we first arrived

Liked: Proximity to Busch Gardens Williamsburg.When we first pulled in on that Wednesday night, it looked Spectacular. We walked in to a grand lobby that looked beautiful, then it all went away when we approached the front desk, and realized we were in a ghetto Days Inn that had probably been great back in the day, but now is a polished turd shining in Williamsburg.
Disliked: Like I was saying, when we got to the front desk, we were greeted with an annoyed sigh, we had apparently interrupted her show she was watching on her phone. When I told her we had a reservation pre paid, she rolled her eyes, and we got another sigh. She didn't look up at us the entire time, and every question asked got.a sigh before an answer. Then we finally get our room and there's NO REFRIGERATOR!! Luckily, we had a cooler but we shouldn't have had to, No fridge, rude desk clerk, now we're down some points. This place has a chance to redeem itself because the breakfast area is HUGE and overlooks the outdoor pool, so a on point breakfast would have saved this review. NOPE! It's not as bad as some I've had but still pretty shitty. Cold hard-boiled eggs, bread, and that's about it. Fruit loops and raisin bran. Scrambled eggs and sausage would have saved the day!And don't even get me started on the indoor pool area!! Roof leaking everywhere, it was almost like an outdoor pool with all the rain coming through the roof!! Couldn't just sit and relax while others swam in the cloudy pool water that smelled like the day after a Diddy party; because of all the rain dripping on the chairs and tables everywhere you'd try to sit. If you are on a budget, and expect shitty service by all means, stay here, but if you're not into that, maybe you should stay somewhere else instead of this polished turd
