I would not stay here,...

Liked: The staff were friendly and the beds were comfy.
Disliked: he first thing that hits you in the face is the smell of smoke and car air freshener. Dead bugs on all of the creases of the windows. Hair in sink.

Disliked: Wifi was incredibly subpar and created a big issue for my work requirements on both my laptop and phone. Constant disconnects, failed reconnects, inconsistent speeds, constant warnings from my devices that the security model was dangerous. Room smelled awful. AC unit was disgusting and radiator fins were completely caked with filth. No mini fridge. Door had to be fought and retried repeatedly. Most staff was rude, dismissive, and poor communicators.

We would consider staying again.

Liked: Convenient Location.The pools were nice and we did get a chance to take a dip.The lobby was beautifully appointed. I loved the live edge conference table. We had no issues finding a parking spot. The grounds seemed safe and inviting.
Disliked: By the pool, there were no umbrellas set up at the tables. The breakfast was the deciding factor when comparing to another hotel and it was very disappointing. It was also very hot in the breakfast dining area. The Ice machine was not working on our floor.

Disliked: Hallway was hot no AC in the hallway on 4th floor

Disliked: Bathroom could be cleaner. We were bitten bitten by something that I suspect was bedbugs.
