Disliked: Hallway was hot no AC in the hallway on 4th floor

You get what you pay...

Liked: Decent breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom could be cleaner. We were bitten bitten by something that I suspect was bedbugs.

Liked: One of the receptionist nykea. The other two were rude as hell
Disliked: When we got there the front desk was rude then we go to take a shower and we had no hot water the front desk never ask did we want to move to another room the 2nd day the other receptionist moved us to another room again No hot water svs the toilet didn't work. The third day we met nykea and she apologized and got a plumber but he couldn't fix the toilet we finally got hit water Saturday we didn't get to go out and s the sites till like 1:00pm sure to all the issues so our whole trip was a disaster. Then I go to look on my back account and they charged me again so that took another 340 out of my account and I was told I could not get it back until after check out I ask why when I already paid for the room in full online nite I just went on my account to see if I was refunded and they took another$179 or if my account no one can answer why. I want a full refund for all the bullshit I have had to go through and they messed up my vacation and fir them double dipping in my back account. And taking my vacation money that I could of used to shop with
