Disliked: Disappointed and Frustrated StayBooked a king room for my husband and me. We picked up our keys and left to grab dinner, so we didn’t see the room until we came back later that evening. The moment we walked in, we were disappointed. The room was dated, not clean, the phone didn’t work, and the shower didn’t work either.We went down to the front desk to explain the issue, and the employee insisted we were just turning the shower on wrong—which made no sense. There’s only one way to use a shower, and we definitely tried that. She said all king rooms were sold out and only doubles were available. Why would we want a downgrade from what we originally booked?We asked for a refund, and she called someone, speaking in another language, then finally returned our money. Thankfully, we were able to book a room elsewhere. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Disliked: The water in the hot tub was green. When our room’s toilet clogged, the front desk did not have a plunger and had to move us to a new room. The next room smelled like smoke and still had a pile of clothes in the closet. The third room did not have a shower head. We left a night early. When we got home I noticed bug bite marks on my kids’ necks and torsos that look like bedbugs.

Liked: Decent continental breakfast. A little old, clear by appearance. Staff friendly and provided our requests. Bed uncomfortable for us, but I'm sure not for everyone. All and all for the price, can't go wrong.

Disliked: Front desk just was rude and didn’t really want to fix our room key it kept turning red or just not work at all. When we checked in and we into the room and I pulled back the covers and it had hair on them on both beds and also the clean towels in bathroom sent my daughter down stairs to get more linen and the lady asked like she had a attitude. So I will never stay there again
