Very good

Liked: Quick check and check out. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Complementary breakfast had no grab and go items i e muffins, danish, etc. Only cereal and you make them waffles.

Fair value, but prefer nicer...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate, yet not particularly clean.
Disliked: There was no cable, the ice machines were broken, and the continental breakfast was not good at all.

It was a good stay....

Liked: The location was 5 minutes away from event I was there to attend.
Disliked: House keeping forgot to come one day to clean room and bathroom.

Exceptional

It was adequate and located...

Disliked: Bathroom floor was slippery coated with a soap film. Bath mat was wet & room service didn’t have anymore. Substitute was a bath towel.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Harassed & targeted by another said guest.This said guest was constantly in the lobby conversing with the staff , etc..., or outside at the front of the hotel which was the only entrance/exit .I thought that she must work or live there , but was told that she was a guest by the front desk clerk and that I should just ignore her . She would block our entrance.Jump, & scream at my senior pet dog , and say hateful comments. I feel that she was trying to provoke me to be be rude , or my dog to bark or seem violent towards her, but didn't succeed . I called & spoke with the manager and was emailed back that they spoke with this guest and informed her that she has to respect guests with pets . I also asked for a refund, but that didn't happen . I feel that other guests with pets need to be warned about this hotel. It seems to me that she stays here consistently. I just can't understand why someone who hates dogs so badly would choose to stay at a pet friendly hotel & harrass guests with pets , when there are plenty of hotels that aren't pet friendly.
