Liked: The staff at the front desk were great despite the condition of the place.
Disliked: The halls smelled of wet dog , cigarette smoke and pet urine. The air vent in our room 234 was very dirty. You can literally see the dust/lint etc very heavily present. We asked upon booking for extra towels (2 adults and 4 children) they gave us 3 towels and no wash cloths (just hand towels) we had to go to the front desk to get the towels but were told they had no wash cloths. We went to Walmart to purchase our own. The two beds were shifted to where the edges of the frame stuck out and twice my child was scratched by it. My fiancée had to shift the beds back into place so they wouldn’t be scratched by the bed rail again.

Liked: Had to move rooms 3x because of problems with room. TV didn't work. Put in handicapped room that was dirty. Then eventually a nicer room. The staff (not the first night) but all the other times were wonderful

Disliked: Room wasn't clean and they forgot to clean it on the 2nd day. Had a problems at hotel, police showed up, a dog was left by itself for over a hour and continually barked.

Disliked: Housekeeping kept entering without knocking and even when we put the do not disturb they kept entering without knocking. I brought my own wash cloths and housekeeping took them while we were out. The floors were extremely dirty. VERY dusty. Also empty liquor bottles were under the bed as clearly the rooms weren’t being cleaned properly.
