Days Inn by Wyndham West Rapid City

Liked: Nothing except for maybe the price.
Disliked: There was soap stuck on the wall above the shower and mold spots on the wall, and on the ceiling, there was hair in the shower! The sheets looked like they had been slept in. It was just dirty all around!

Disliked: The bathroom was not clean. The room only had one set of towels, rather than two. We did not get the second set of towels until we saw a maid in the hallway the following morning. We asked for new towels on our third day, we never got them. Our garbage was never emptied. I will say the bed was comfortable, that is the only plus for our multiple day stay.

Disliked: Didn't have room ready 2nd room was not ready 3rd room was ok except getting in to the room their was dog urine on the top sheet just removed top blanket

Disliked: Mold in bathroom, sticky floors very out of date

Liked: The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: The facility was very dirty. Our room: mold and crud around bathroom faucet, bathtub extremely slow at draining due to being plugged, electrical outlet missing cover, windows missing screens, one window no handle to close it, bed skirt had old food stuck to it, carpet very dirty, pool chairs torn on the seat. We rented three rooms and all had issues. Once had a really bad smell. I believe our sheets and towels were clean.

Never again idc how tired...

Liked: It’s easy to get a room that’s it.
Disliked: Terrible smell in the rooms, our toilet had pee in it from whoever was in it last. There was stains in the beds the carpet and air was moist. The fridge for the breakfast area was temped at 67 not even food safe!!!!

We booked a two-night stay...

Liked: Honestly, nothing.
Disliked: We booked a two-night stay because we needed breakfast included, but the first morning there was none, so we had to check out early. I requested a refund from Booking.com, and they said they had to contact the property. I haven't heard anything from anyone since.

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was terrible. Gravy tasted like paste with no sausage in it. Our mattress was in terrible shape. No tables were wiped for breakfast and had to ask receptionist 2 times to clean a table
