Liked: The pool and hot tub were both drained and unusable. This should not be listed as an available amenity if it is not available. No one was at the front desk when I arrived or when I left. I had to call for someone to check me in. Our interaction was brief. That was the only staff member I saw during my stay. My shower was turned all the way up, but it was very cold. Breakfast was only 3 kinds of cereal and a loaf of white bread. I paid through Booking.com and then I was charged by the hotel as well. I picked the hotel because of location, price, and amenities. Booking charged me more than the hotel and there were no amenities. I will not stay there again.

Not good at all

Liked: Pool was out of order when i confirmed it was open before i left for my trip. Not happy at all, staff came walking into my room as we were trying to sleep

Disliked: Everything had dirty sheets, the hotel itself smelled of pee and nothing seemed clean at all

Very disappointing

Disliked: The pool wasn't filled, we ran out of toiletries and while they came into our room without asking them to, the only thing they did was empty the garage, didn't restock our empty toilet paper roll even. We had to buy some to get through the rest of our stay. They also deactivated our key cards so when we returned for our second evening we couldn't get in our room. The sheets and towels were quite stained. We weren't very impressed with our stay at all.

Liked: Availability and good coffee.
Disliked: Bathroom needed several repaired: no fan cover, no lighting fixture cover, shower head and spout leaked water and no body wash & shampoo - even after telling maid they needed filling.
