Didn't get what I booked

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: I booked a king and got two queens. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. No cleaning service the 3 days i stayed or clean towels. The area got a couple inches of snow and ice and the parking lot was a hazard to walk on.

Time of year makes a...

Liked: Location is great, price is great.
Disliked: the last few times I have stayed, there have been problems with the room. The last time, lady bugs and stink bugs all over the ceiling and inside the room. This time, the toilet would not running. I had to take the lid off and push the flapper down after every flush. The noise from other guest and kids running up and down and shouting. the first there, as I am taking my clothes to the room. I hear a 12 to 14 year old boy yelling at his sister. He stated, F*&K You I hope you F*&King die in a car wreck and the yelling and screaming continued off and on during my 3 day stay.
