Disappointed

Liked: Familiar, have stayed many times over 20+ years.
Disliked: It wasn't clean, staff wasn't friendly except desk clerk, no in room coffee pot, no dining room table, table had been replaced with a small desk, no smoking in room which isn't a big deal and fairly normal but no smoking area provided outside either, 2 bath towels for 3 people for a 2 day stay, floors where nasty and pubic hair on shelf in the bathtub, no bathroom trash can. The bathroom smelled of mold and mildew. Ceiling cracked in multiple places, support beams for the upper floor on the exterior has large cracks and the exterior walls of the office are crumbling. Overall this hotel has gone down hill quickly.

Liked: Liked being pool side and close to family we were visiting.
Disliked: You had to slam the door in order to get it to latch and lock. We also didn’t have the deadbolt feature. Came back to room for the evening and the room was open. Thank goodness we had taken our luggage with us.

Overall good they just need...

Liked: The location was great, rooms got the job done bang for your $$$ Other than could been cleanier in many ways it was ok No signs of bugs which is a plus
Disliked: Could be cleaned better the floor need a good scrub shoildnt have black socks wen white with in a hour being in room batbroom smelled like raw urine lysol helpsWith that bathroom need cleaned better around toilets Fact they have a sign no humpinh in the pool !

Liked: We liked the location.
Disliked: One of the beds were broken so we had to change rooms, the floors were filthy couldn't even walk barefoot on them or your feet would get black. Two times I requested two sets of towels because there were four people in our room and we only had two sets. They were never brought to us. There were no breakfast choices except for some stale cereal and coffee. I've stayed in this hotel 4 times in the last 2 years and I never had any issues until this time.
