Can’t wait for my stay...

Liked: The staff treated me like family . Helped with special needs and embraced it as if I was one of them .
Disliked: Nothing … everything exceded my expectations. On a 1-10 scale . This is an 11 !

Smelly

Liked: Not much. Door did not shut properly. Room was musty carpet was damp. Staff charged us twice and did not know how to fix it.
Disliked: Same as above

It’s fine enough for the...

Liked: It was nice walking in, big open space. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: The pool is 4 ft deep, the whole thing. You’re standing waist deep and it’s right at the entrance. Also I did self checkout stating I was leaving at 11 but housekeepers came knocking on the door at 9 anyways.

Exceptional

Liked: The price was perfect for a night. The location was right for where we needed to be. The hot tub was nice and warm. Breakfast was very wonderful.
Disliked: Honestly nothing was wrong with my stay or room.

It was OK.

Liked: The property was fine. The exception was I was on the ground floor however the floor above me was so that I could hear every step that the guest above me made. The nights I was there. I went to bed around 10 o’clock and their movement didn’t stop until after 11 very disruptive for sleep.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the property was the sound barrier between the first and second floor floors.

Good

Liked: Location - it was easy to find and close to major shopping stuff. The room was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the TV worked, the staff was friendly.
Disliked: There was no elevator, there were no comfy chairs in the room, the eggs at breakfast were military grade powder, the sink light is motion sensitive so any movement made us feel like deer in the headlights.
