Poor staff and nasty room

Liked: location
Disliked: animal droppings on the sheets. I called downstairs to have them come and inspect and requested a different room. The front desk person told me she was the only one on staff and that she couldn’t leave. She also said the hotel was sold out so she didn’t have another room. Not once she offered to come upstairs and check the room and bring new sheets. Disgusting.

Amazing staff and location, poor...

Liked: The front desk was the highlight. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and nice.
Disliked: I had to change rooms the first night I was there because someone near me was chain smoking all night. The hallway carpet was stained, the curtains ripped, and the WiFi kept going in and out.
