Nice rest

Liked: Convenience and functional Cheap but value for money
Disliked: No hot chocolate

Never again.

Disliked: Dirty and run down. Mold in the shower. 4 days, they never cleaned the room or even removed the garbage.

Incompetent management

Liked: The recepcionist was very kind.
Disliked: My book was for Warwick North, but since this experienced some fooding, they transfered my booking to the Warwick South one. Payment was taken by the hotel in advance to my arrival.This was a 2 nights stay for business, so I asked for an invoice. The invoice provided shows "0"pounds costs. The reason they gave me is that the payment was done to the North, buy my stay was in the Warwick south.I wrote several communications though Booking and email to both: Warwich South and North and nobody answers. If I don't receive the invoice I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MY COMPANY, but this does not seem to worry the hotel because they received the payment before my arrival.I can not beleive that this is happening. Flooding could not be an excused to send me an invoice Is this how they treat their clients? No one contacts them when they have a problem caused by YOU?Or is it because I'm a foreigner that they treat me this way?

Disliked: The body odour smell all over the hotel including the bed sheets! The dirt and grime left all over the bathroomOne plug in the whole of the roomRipped bedRude staff who over charged us and would not honour the booking.com price when we arrived there so over charged us by £20. Filthy dirty hotel!
