Never again.

Liked: The price was good
Disliked: The pool was closed. The elevator worked sometimes, a man with an axe came to fix it. The breakfast was canceled. There was construction happening on other floors and it smelled like glue or something.

We have stayed here before...

Liked: Close to where we needed to be, room was clean and easy to get to, easy check-in
Disliked: Pool was closed, they are remodeling the 1st and 2nd floors, no breakfast

Liked: Nothing was pleasant about this place.
Disliked: They double charged me and there is no way to get a hold of them.

Disliked: There was nothing in the room no phone or alarm clock the remote for the tv was no good I couldn’t get the water to run in the tub no coffee pot or anything to drink out of like a cup no shampoo or soap thankfully I brought my own if my next experience is like that I wouldn’t come back also the internet says breakfast included and there is no breakfast in the end not sure the value was worth the couple dollars I could have spent for what is to be expected in a hotel room

Liked: I’m very comfortable with the location and the property itself due to having to spend a lot of night here over the last two years
Disliked: When I checked in, I was placed in a room that had not been cleaned, the bed was still a mess, dirty towels on all over, I took pictures and immediately went to the front desk, where it was treated as if nothing was wrong as if it needed to be brushed off as an “ oh well “ I was however moved to a new room but I booked a king mattress and was down sized not only on the mattress but just shrugged off that fact I was originally placed in a dirty room! This is not the first time something like this has happened. I wasn’t even ask or had anything done about the troubles. Smh it’s upsetting because sometimes ppl like me rely on this place and to be shrugged off due to their staffing not completely their duties as if it’s normal and acceptable as well as it is absolutely disgusting to put anyone in a dirty room is flabbergasting to me.

Liked: The location was convenient for my travel purposes.
Disliked: The hotel was in significant disrepair under construction and in deplorable condition both inside and out. There were signs posted by the City of Warren Department of Health which read “closed by the department of health” dated 8/15/2024. There was no complimentary breakfast as offered. There were piles of dirty linens, and piles of lamps in the hallways. The elevators were filthy with a chemical smell. The doors did not open automatically, requiring me to press the door open button to exit. The rear entry doors did not require key card access allowing anyone to enter without restriction. This is a serious security risk for guests staying alone or arriving late at night. The sidewalks and parking lot were covered with snow and ice with no evidence of shoveling or salt.this made navigating with luggage extremely difficult and dangerous. The experience I had was completely unacceptable and fell far below standards expected from a reputable hotel chain. The health and safety violations, lack of security, unsanitary conditions,and dangerous exterior made a deplorable stay.
