Disliked: We were put in a handicap accessible room - not requested and unnecessary. The shower was not good - leaked all over the outside floor - no drain outside the shower. No exhaust fan. No shelf for shampoo or soap dish.

This place needs a makeover...

Liked: Outside property looked shabby and worn. Inside of build very old and out dated. Room was clean and flooring was new and nice. Pool looked lovely but heater was broken.
Disliked: Front desk covered in signage. NO TOWELS NO BREAKFAST and POOL HEATER BROKE. Also got coffee at the front desk and condiment area table was filthy with stained coffee and dirt

Liked: The room was relatively clean, if a bit rundown. The woman at the desk was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Where to begin? The listing includes "breakfast", an "on site restaurant" and "heated pool". They did not serve breakfast, the on site restaurant evidently has been closed for over a year, and the pool's heater was busted/non-functioning. They also somehow ran out of towels while we were there. The place is considerably run down and in need of repair. It's a same too because it looks like at one point in time this was a top notch facility.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: No phone in room no coffee maker no towels the sliding door wouldn't lock no free breakfast the ramps to get to parking lot were blocked dirty towels in cart next check in counter

Never again.

Liked: The price was good
Disliked: The pool was closed. The elevator worked sometimes, a man with an axe came to fix it. The breakfast was canceled. There was construction happening on other floors and it smelled like glue or something.

We have stayed here before...

Liked: Close to where we needed to be, room was clean and easy to get to, easy check-in
Disliked: Pool was closed, they are remodeling the 1st and 2nd floors, no breakfast

Bad

Liked: Nothing was pleasant about this place.
Disliked: They double charged me and there is no way to get a hold of them.
