Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: No microwave, coffee machine, ice bucket, or cups in room. The elevator and hallways are run down and not pleasing to look at. No hot breakfast offered, just a brown bagged breakfast.

Run Down & Filthy.

Liked: Hot water with good pressure. Swimming pool. Lots of parking. Heater in the room worked good. Top of the bed (not including the bed skirts) looked clean.
Disliked: Filthy. Run down. Peeling wallpaper, dirty toilet, dirty curtains & bed skirts. Dirty walls with something dripping down the walls under the dirty pictures on the walls. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Many doors in the hallway were in disrepair and looked like they have been kicked in. We reserved a king bed only to get there are get 2 queen beds.

Disliked: the place is falling apart. You can't even walk without tripping into the lobby, the tile is all broken and covered with a carpet. The bathroom's ceiling is spotted with mold. All in all they could do with a face lift and a really good cleaning!
