Very good

Liked: The staff were so friendly at the counter. The room is small but bathroom good size. Close to the ships and Gastown and Chinatown and the tower. Fast internet connection.
Disliked: We were looking for somewhere to eat late at night, it would be good if the staff could tell people where to go. The counter staff had no idea or could even point us in the right direction. We ended up at a scarey part of town looking for pizza

Liked: Location excellent. Close to everything we needed. Friendly and professional staff. Clean room
Disliked: Property feels dated in style and furnishings but location makes up for it. More food selection needed for breakfast.

Great location.

Liked: Location is easy. Staff friendly and a comfortable room. Early access to our room was much appreciated.
