Liked: Centrally locatedExceptionally friendly staffFree brochures with sightseeing suggestionsSpacious rooms
Disliked: Breakfast room severely unfit for purposeStale food and half-empty milk that was not refilled for other guests, which obviously ran out immediately due to the large volume of guests attempting to cram into the breakfast roomSeveral hairs found across room (floor, towels, bathroom)

Adequate stay in a small...

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The room was very small. It had been remodeled, but quirky as you could see they just remodeled around the old stuff. Very slow elevators. You had to wait a long time, over 30 minutes on a Saturday morning to get an open elevator.

Good location but urgently needs...

Liked: Convenient location especially for access to the Cruise Terminal.
Disliked: The property is in urgent need of simple maintenance especially bathroom repairs.

Disliked: Shower was so poorly designed and door had no seal so it overflowed all over the bathroom floor and then into the bedroom. This was DANGEROUS as it made the entire floor slippery Air con was very noisyCurtains did not meet properly so did not block out the bright blue “days inn” sign lit up 24/7 outside the window No proper luggage storageTerrible breakfast

A nice facility, clean, and...

Liked: Location was awesome! Breakfast was great! It was a very clean facility.
Disliked: When we were leaving, we had to carry all suitcases down 3 flights of steps...only one elevator for all folks traveling to cruise terminal. We waited for elevator for approximately 30 minutes, then we decided we couldn't wait any longer, and we were also traveling with my son who had an infant with many additional things carry down the steps. Another elevator is needed or a bigger elevator.

Very frustrating trying to check...

Liked: Location was good, breakfast was good. It was clean.
Disliked: Room very small, price high. We had a group of 4 couples. Receptionist was difficult to get along with. One of the rooms was booked in the husbands name. They would not accept a credit card in the wife's name. Would not accept cash (which I understand). Finally after 30+ minutes of us all trying to get checked in she let me (since I reserved the rooms) pay for the room with my credit card but wouldn't let me pay the 50$ incidentals. That makes no sense. He was forced to use a work card that had his name on it for that.
