never coming back, not even...

Liked: Decent sized TV I guess.
Disliked: the staff was rude and condescending, made us pay extra because my friends were over past midnight. Threatened to kick us out if we got one noise complaint.

I had a great Stay...

Liked: There was no breakfast served due to COVID-19 restrictions, but the hotel did offer a breakfast brown-bag that consisted of a fruit juice and an energy bar. There was also no room service but additional coffee parcels were available from reception. The location was better than what I hoped for, very close to public transport that made travel from the airport a breeze. All other major city attractions were within a walking distance or a short bus/taxi ride. The bed was very comfortable! The front desk reception workers were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room cleanliness can be improved, also please invest in quiet air-conditioners!

Liked: The front desk workers are so kind. Location.
Disliked: Poor communication from the hotel, because they didn?t give a notice about the services offer at the COVID situation. No bedrooms cleaning during your visit. The garbage wasn?t picked up. Noise Air conditioning. No coffee. No glasses in the bedroom. Disappointing.

Very poor

Disliked: Before getting into bed late in the evening we untucked the covers and found several hairs of a woman. We were incredibly uncomfortable, this is unacceptable on a normal day let a lone during a pandemic. We are being as cautious as possible during our travels and now feel though we have been put at further risk due to our stay at this hotel. We called the front desk and were given a new room but absolutely not apology or compassion from employee. Upon checking out again we again didn?t receive any apology or concern from staff and were not given any retribution for this disgusting mistake. Makes us wonder if the room was even cleaned which is very concerning in this troubling time.

Would stay again

Liked: Breakfast was closed due to covid but we were provided with a granola bar and juice box.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little run down, grimy tiles and bad caulking
