Some People Don't Belong In...

Liked: Nothing! The entire experience ended up being a disaster for my family.
Disliked: The front desk receptionist was incompetent, rude, and highly disrespectful. She even made remarks about my deceased mother in response to one of my comments. She was rude to every customer that I witnessed her interact with. She simply acted as though she could care less about any of our reservations and/or plans for our individual evenings. Her display of inhospitable attitude and energy was bad for the customers, bad for the hotel, and bad for the industry overall. She was the "host from hell last night.

Disliked: While registering a guest in front of us was required to pay $100.00 cash deposit “required “ if paying cash for the room, the customer was using a card to pay for the room. He was african American.

Disliked: The front clerk Phenny canceled or reservation at 3:48am eventhough we communicated the entire drive to Georgia. I made it clear that we were ubering and delayed, yet our reservation was canceled in the middle of the morning and we had to rebook.Our room was dirty to the point that I had to wear shoes. I was grateful for a bed and clean water after a long day, but I always book with days in near ft. Lauderdale and have never had a poor like the one I had yesterday.Also, I specifically booked this hotel for breakfast in the am. Breakfast at this location unlike to one in fort Lauderdale (which have Continental breakfast available), was a muffin, tea/coffee and an apple. I had a cup of tea for breakfast.

A decent place to exit...

Liked: The beds were quite comfortable, the room appeared to be in the midst of repairs or reconstruction. Spackling on the walls, paint chipped on bathroom door, bathroom definitely needed some attention.
