Liked: House fire and everyone was so great. Anything to help us. They are most impressive
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.

Won't stay here again.

Liked: Didn't have breakfast
Disliked: The facility accepted dogs, but the doors of the fenced area wouldn't close. Also, there was awful debris and trash in that area. The general cleanliness of the grounds was very poor; cigarettes everywhere, and trash.

Liked: They have clean drinking water.
Disliked: Didn't get points for free stay or upgrade for my birthday today. there are no special fire victims rates for extended stay to aid and assist anyone families in need in their time crisis disaster such as my wife and I our house burned down late night on 3/13/2024 due to a electrical surge in the attic of our home and we don't have any more money or where to go after today check out is at 11 Saturday and my family will be out in the freezing weather with nowhere to go. It's beyond stressful, nothing to feed my family no where to turn to. At this point in my life Im not even sure if I have the strength to pushing forward when doors are closed in your face.

Great staff

Liked: Front desk are truly kind ladies. They are helpful and knowledgeable about surroundings. We were displaced by our house burning down. Red Cross suggested them and rightly so.
Disliked: I have no complaints
