Liked: The staff — very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Property is run down but well kept.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were friendly and accomodating...the continental breakfast was the perfect end to my stay...thank you!
Disliked: One electrical outlet didn't work but I reported it

Disappointing

Toom the reservation and denied...

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Everything rude disrespectful kicked out for no reason and promised to refund money and didn't so got robbed for the money

Disliked: My bathroom sink clogged

Don't Stay Here!

Liked: I didn't like anything
Disliked: The room was dirty and smelled like urine and carpet deodorizer. Dried spills running down the wall the television didn't work.Also an electrical outlet no cover plate.My overall to experience was so bad that I didn't stay my second night.

Disliked: I don’t like to be on the first floor but that’s all they had

Served purpose, disappointing conditions

Liked: Convenience of location
Disliked: Difficulty for disabled guests, continuous noise outside, lacking in cleanliness, mold in air conditioning vents, uncomfortable bed, stained sheets, pillows needed replacing, no blankets or bedspread, no grab bars in bathroom and housekeeping did not show up or replenish towels, hair dryer appeared ready to catch fire so could not use, no complimentary water.

Staff were friendly and helpful....

Liked: Convenient location, pretty basic, but the rooms were clean, great shower.
Disliked: During busy time Sat morning, there was no hot water for around 10 minutes. All other times the shower was hot, great water pressure!
