The first floor rooms are...

Disliked: We took a room on the first floor, which is really a basement. Within a few minutes it was evident that the room was damp and moldy. Do not stay on the first floor. We changed rooms but the desk clerk was reluctant and offered no apology. The third floor room was acceptable but shabby. Unfortunately there are not many hotel options in the area that less than $250.

Disliked: the staff creeped me out.
