Good Value and Clean

Liked: Very good value for the Toronto area. Very clean room and bathroom. Generally this was a quiet location. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The parking lot was a little difficult to get into, and parking seemed limited. TV volume was unable to be adjusted with the remote we had. The water pressure in the shower wasn't bad, but I couldn't get the full flow to come through the showerhead, much was still coming out of the faucet - which was also strange that there was a faucet to fill up the tub and it was only a walk in shower. The water was so loud I thought it would wake up the neighbors and I wanted to get out as soon as possible.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: Staff were kind and accommodating, room was clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed
Disliked: Some guests on my floor were quite noisy and yelling and screaming at four in the morning not the hotels issue. Just thought I would bring it to your attention.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: Staff were not welcoming nor friendly. When arrived the receptionist was busy on the phone and I waited until they finish and this was normal. But the looks on the face were not welcoming and I did not feel comfortable dealing with the staff. The elevator capacity is only for 2 people with some luggage, so I sent my wife and daughter (6 years old) in the lift and I went up to the third floor using stairs. I used the lift few time and I swear it was so slow as if I spent part of my life until it stopped whether to my room or to the lobby. In the room there was (2 Queen beds) I felt comfortable sleeping on, but actually they are smaller than the queen size and still it is mentioned on their page Queen beds. At evening time, I went to the reception and I asked if they can provide me with a kettle for hot water, I do not use coffee machines and usually drink tea or Turkish coffee. The receptionist pointed her finger at a machine behind me which they use for breakfast in mornings (which I did not have because I did not feel like it), and said we do not have kettles, if you want hot water you can come and get it from this machine. I cannot compare my experience with any of the hotels I stayed in before in different parts of the world. Anyway, I hope they improve.
