Liked: Everything was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. Modest furnishings but offered anything one needed. I will stay again at a Spark.

Dog fee is confusing

Liked: Very clean room & close distance to everything! Easy check out and close parking.
Disliked: We had a good stay, but it was the dog fee that upset me. I see questions/answers on here saying it’s $10 plus tax per dog. I called and confirmed with an employee before I booked that this info was correct. When I got to the hotel I made sure to tell the woman checking me in that I had two dogs and she told me it was $25 per dog. Very confused, I explained on booking how it says $10 plus tax per dog and also that I called to confirm it. She denied this stating that her employees would never say it was $10 plus tax per dog, even tho I talked to someone on the phone who told me it was and that it is even stated on their booking FAQs. I was very disappointed as I had been lied to online and over the phone. Still reading the questions and answers it says 10 plus tax….. who knows.
