Felt safe but did not...

Liked: The staff was so welcoming and my room was super clean!
Disliked: Everything felt sticky because of the mildew all over the room, the ac was not clean. I woke up early in the morning because I felt something and then minutes later my sister saw a large roach on the floor crawling…..
