Superb

Very disappointing, over-priced for quality...

Liked: location, easy to get to
Disliked: 1. Checked in, was informed they require a deposit of $250 for three days "incidental" - not an issue but I do not believe that information was included in the rental agreement.2. Went to room, took ice bucket to fill. Took the lid off and the container was full of garbage (used tissues, q-tips, receipts), took it to the front desk and told worker I would be expecting a reduction on my room charge.3. Getting ready for bed, discovered there were no face towels.4. TV remote not working properly - TV not responding to it (ie: adjusting volume, changing channels, etc. Did not work at all in the morning.5. Toilet plugged for no apparent reason in the morning. Called front desk, asked for a plunger, took approximately 10 minutes for someone to bring one to the room. No offer to "resolve the problem".6. Reported all my concerns to the front desk upon check-out, asked for a 30% discount on the room. Just checked my credit card statement - it appears I received a $30 discount.
