Fair accommodation for short stay....

Liked: Straightforward and predictable accommodation.
Disliked: it should have free wifi.

Tired room needed updating and...

Liked: Accomodating of my late check in at 11.30pm
Disliked: A very tired room with grubby stained carpet.

Liked: Good location with lots of food options at the Services next door. Friendly and helpful reception staff
Disliked: Room is slightly dated now and could do with a revamp. A bigger TV would be helpful as it's a very small screen to see from the bed.

Disliked: Sound- noise from the corridors all night.

good as expected

Liked: we have stayed there before and were pleased to return. the room was clean and comfy the fan helping to take some of the heat away. the staff excellent very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: my bedside light flicked off and then on ,finally giving up.it was reported at the time but nothing happened .

Easy things to fix with...

Liked: Staff as usual very helpful, jovial, and nothing is too much trouble.
Disliked: No hot water for a couple of days again.Sink plumbing on its way out, and slows,to a trickle often.No window nets, so less privacy against nosey dog walkers walking by. All dog walkers seem to be nosey these days.So I worry a bit more about my work laptops getting stolen/targeted by crims.

Exceptional

Liked: I ask at checking if I could have a downstairs room as had pulled a calf muscle earlier in week and was having trouble with stairs, and the gentlemen found me one. Also I have sleep apnea and it was nice to have plug socket near bed.
Disliked: Three of the lights by bed did not work.
