Great staff, hotel basic but...

Liked: Advertised as 'includes breakfast' but the hotel has no kitchen. It was a prepacked cold take away box.
Disliked: The 'includes breakfast' advertising was misleading.

Would stay again if better...

Liked: ⭐Upgraded to the family room for sale price. ⭐Easy to rebook for extended stay.
Disliked: ⭐ shower needs cleaning and updating. ⭐ Drinks were over priced and no variety. ⭐ No offer for later check out and paid extra for one hour early check in. ⭐ Check out time is too early. ⭐ Overpriced to what they advertise.

Liked: It was a convenient location.
Disliked: I have written an email of complaint which is yet to be responded to. The room was disgustingly dirty, every wall had grubby marks and the shower was full of dead bugs. The shower did not work - it was cold and the dial to make it warm did not move. The air con was broken. The mattress on the bed was bigger than the plinth so overhung on both sides by 6 inches which meant that you were lying on a permanent slope. The man at reception at check out was rude and dismissive. I would actively discourage anyone from saying here.

A disaster of a ‘Inn’...

Liked: Close to McDonald’s so we didn’t starve
Disliked: There could have been hot water during our stay to wash with-a basic human necessity availed since the Stone Age but no, this was beyond Days Inn.The £10 each ‘breakfast’ was risible and comedic; Stored room temperature in a box under the reception desk.No coffee, microwave or hot water for porridge available in reception/lounge/anywhere.Staff were friendly but useless and have no agency. I was informed that ‘head office know about water issue’….Ground floor room window (adjoining dark side of building) lock broken and window flailing on hinges so able to enjoy imagining a room invasion all night.Days Inn sent nearly 20 auto-issued emails for a one night stay even after I pre-paid. Pity no-one corporeal is actually supervising their operations though.

Nice rest, with staff helpfull...

Liked: The staff was very helpful, room although a bit outdated was clean, with tea/coffee facilities. Play area for children and a fenced off area for a walk with a dog. A lot of rabbits.
Disliked: Hot water- I think that the temperature was over the 60 C. Unfortunately my husband scolded himself. Carpet in the bedroom was well worn, but clean.
