Disliked: I requested a new room because of bugs, a clogged tub drain, dirty telephone and dirty floor.Also, double billed due to incompetent night agent.I didn't feel safe.This can't be Wyndham Brand of lodging

Liked: Room was clean. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfy. Room lights were convenient. Breakfast bagels seemed fresh. People who worked there were nice. Room seemed remodeled and fresh.
Disliked: No desk attendant upon arrival, and didn't show up even after ringing the designated bell multiple times. It took over five minutes for him to show up. Conversations next door at normal volume came through the wall in the room (through the door cleaning staff use). The bathroom had a dark brown spot on the wall across from the toilet that looked like chocolate. Was it? White towels seemed washed but were dingy. The room key stopped working after one night. The street entrance is vague--hard to find even in daylight. The exterior of the entrance on the street and the exterior of the building is dark. There were few options for breakfast. Room garbage was left in the outer hallways for what appeared to be a full day (we stayed two nights). At the back of the hotel were multiple tractor-trailer containers, and behind them were discarded mattresses and a discarded fridge.

Liked: I like the way the room has been remodel stayed in room 226 , yet lighting on the walkway on second floor was missing some lamps . Over all it was a good stay.
