Disliked: Although I had a handicap accessible room, the shower was not easy to get in and out of. Need additional hand bars to hold on to, especially with such a large step up and step down.

Disliked: I requested a new room because of bugs, a clogged tub drain, dirty telephone and dirty floor.Also, double billed due to incompetent night agent.I didn't feel safe.This can't be Wyndham Brand of lodging
