Superb

Liked: Very good value for money. Good quality rooms, well maintained. Nice location with public transport conveniently located. Port Richmond avenue bus stop right on its doorstep with buses to the Staten Island ferry terminal and other routes. Fair breakfast.

Cruise

Liked: It was a good experience and location close to cruise terminal. There was no off street parking and no spots available when we arrived. That was a bit difficult, but we were able to make it work. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
Disliked: No off street parking

Terrible, Cramped & Fighting for...

Disliked: The rooms were not as large as they looked online really very small and having to fight for parking after paying that amount of money plus getting a surprise of a $100 dep for each room. I was very dissatisfied. Normally I book Marriott so I will stick with them more than likely

No parking! The hotel was...

Liked: Clean and nice hotel
Disliked: There’s no free parking available. If you have a car and plan to stay here between Monday and Saturday, you’ll need to pay for metered parking every day. I actually got a ticket because I woke up at 8:15 AM, but paid street parking starts at 8:00 AM.
