Nasty place

Liked: Nothing ! Went up to look at the room mold on shower n toilet! Burn cigarettes holes in bedding ! Carpets dirty!!!! I was have surgery n there was no way I was sleepy or showering in that filthy place !
Disliked: Filthy I’d rather sleep in my car !

Place needs a good cleaning

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Bed seemed to be clean, but the whole place was grimy. My husband killed a cockroach in our room. The lobby was grimy, the carpets on the stairs were very dirty. Overall, not very clean at all.

Awful beginning to end

Disliked: Everything! When I checked in, my sister and brother in law were with me (not staying the night). The staff questioned me if we were all staying together! My room was for a single occupancy….one bed! How dare they assume that we would all be sleeping together! Then when I found out I was on the second floor and there was not an elevator….they told me they didn’t have a room on the first floor even when I requested it. Not all disabilities can be visible, they assumed by looking at me that I could take the stairs. It just went downhill from there….they assumed by carpet is so wore and dirty leading to my room. Upon arrival at my room, the door had been propped open by the trash can. Thank God my family was there with me otherwise I would have been scared to go into my room.
