Good

Liked: It was comfortable, clean, and a good value. It is what it is...a budget motel. If you're looking for all of the bells and whistles, this won't be for you. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, which is always a plus.
Disliked: The surrounding area has a "lively" street scene ...aka heavy traffic, homeless people asking for money, etc. I live in a major city so it's not a big deal to me, but it might be a deal breaker for someone else

Disliked: The bathroom did not have air conditioning, the towels was thin and dingy ans the housekeeping was half done.

Was fun

Liked: The property itself was in OK condition
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that they stated that they served breakfast and it was included. However, front desk said they haven’t had breakfast there in a long time I thought that was included in our price.
