Days Inn by Wyndham St. Louis/Westport MO

The whole experience was pretty neutral. Nothing bad but nothing stood out either.

Liked: Great location for where I wanted to be.

Overall a decent place to stay at a very decent price. The warm breakfast in the morning was a bonus.

Disliked: They were out of sheets and blankets for our fold out bed.

Liked: The room was on the first floor--no stairs.
Disliked: bed was WAY too hard. Like sleeping on a board. Room STUNK! The first room smelled even worse than this one. That was the lesser of the two rooms we were shown. It even seeped into our packaged food and computer case and came home with us. Ice maker did not work on our floor. Evening manager would not give us two extra towels or an extra pillow. Morning manager was rude and hateful to his female worker in the breakfast area. There was no protein offered--only carbs! I would not repeat my experience there.

Disliked: The room was filthy. First walking in the room it smelled strongly of mildew. The bedding had holes in it and was very uncomfortable and we found 2 roaches crawling on the counter. The carpeted floors were wet/damp throughout the entire room. There was a huge gap in the doorway and could see straight into our room, we had to stuff tissue paper in that gap just for privacy. It was disgusting.

Liked: I’ll make this short, I already sent my letter to corporate office. This was booked through booking.com, the pictures on the website, is nothing like the hotel itself. Someone from the company need to pay the place a visit. It’s dark and dingy, and it smells. False Advertisement!Too Nasty, I got my money back, I did not stay there. If you go see it, I think you would agreeThat it’s not fit for your family as well!
