Days Inn by Wyndham St Augustine/Historic Downtown

Liked: Restaurant on site; helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing was really bad, just kinda old.

It was fine for a one night stay.

Friendly service , nice pool and very close to all attractions. If you're hungry there's a Denny's connected and open late. I would recommend it for the price and location.

Disliked: Right from the get-go it was horrible! When we arrived the girl at the front desk yelled at me because I did not fill out something correctly. She was also rude to another customer who was trying to get into a laundry room and she just told them that's not their business and to fix it with someone else . I asked for her manager and she would not provide me with a way of communicating with her. The other staff we're okay but said that the management was not there. The first night my sister had a separate room and had woken us up because it had bugs crawling all over her. The second night we were sleeping when somebody had broken into our hotel room and woke us by trying to unhing the second lock. We were terrified! Called the police but they could not find anyone. The hotel management said that they had not issued an extra key for our room so therefore somebody did not break in. It was the worst trip I have ever had. We did not stay for the extra day and are trying to get money back for that. There were people sitting on steps that were not staying at the hotel and it was difficult to get by them. Also saw a drug deal from our patio. It has totally ruined our vacation and will never go back.
