Needs a good cleaning and a make over.

Liked: Bed actually was comfortable.
Disliked: Not very clean; ceiling above pool falling in; check out time listed for noon but hotel staff states check out is 11am.

Excellent location and value. Would...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff.Very comfortable beds! Large room.
Disliked: The hallways were a bit musty. Rug needs updating. At the back door entrance, lots of empty beer cans and cigarettes. Put a trash bin there.

Over all, it was a...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. All the amenities were there and functioned perfectly. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and the linens were clean. The breakfast was as expected in quality and sufficient. The staff was welcoming and gracious.

Disliked: The front desk staff was asleep. The room smelled of mold and mildew, the door didn’t close all the way and the lock was broken, the bed was damp
