Days Inn by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport, Sioux Falls

It was a good stay...

Liked: Breakfast was well equipped with the usual breakfast choices. Everything was kept clean and full. Our room was spacious which helps when you have 4 people. It was near the Falls and restaurant we were going to which helped when we only stayed one night. Fridge was also spacious.
Disliked: The toilet/shower area was very small.

Superb

Liked: The room was ok it was actually remodeled and pretty nice I loved the shower.
Disliked: Only complaint I had was there was a some mold on the shower tile inside the shower . The panel needs to be replaced.

Bad

Liked: The staff was great, they were very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The overall hotel was sketchy, our sheets were dirty. Just wasn't a pleasant night's sleep.

Exceptional

Liked: Very clean environment and nice comfy pillows. The staff was also extremely nice and always helpful. The location was perfect and ideal for my job. If I had to choose to stay here again I wouldn’t hesitate.
Disliked: The bathrooms are very small but it still didn’t affect my stay here.

Pluses and minuses

Liked: Good breakfast, plenty of options.
Disliked: Check in staff not friendly, even though the room was ready he made us wait until 3 o’clock to check in.I also asked for a twin room instead of the king bed I booked ( I told him I would pay the difference) he’s comment was you booked a king and that’s what you are getting.

Won’t recommend

Liked: Breakfast was always good
Disliked: Asked for handicapped available since I was having major surgery and wouldn’t move around easily. Wasn’t given the room. Was told they had only 1 room , but the rest on the main floor were handicapped accessible. Like to know how someone with a wheelchair or limited mobility cannot use that bathroom. I ended up in the ER. 3 hours after I checked in because the bathroom is so small, when I walked in, one leg hit the toilet, the doorknob caught my surgical drain and damn near took it out! The following day, my daughter made housekeeping change the sheets on 1 bed. Housekeeping never came back the rest of the week. Had to keep going to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels. Cancelled the second week.
