Decent hotel with clean rooms...

Liked: The hotel lobby was clean and well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. I like the breakfast, even though the protein options are extremely limited.
Disliked: We had a lot of trouble with the key cards for our room and accessing other areas of the hotel, such as the pool. The pool was nice and warm, but the area wasn't well maintained and even had chunks of hair on the floor.We traveled with our dog and were in town visiting family. Staff complained about our dog barking when we weren't at the hotel. We had him put up in a pen when we weren't there. We tried to limit how long we were gone, but there were still times he barked due to the maintenance work going on. I just feel like they could have told us in a more professional way and we could have addressed the issue sooner. We also didn't see housekeeping very often, they would come by once at around 9 or 10 am and knock on our door and ask if we needed anything, but never came in to clean during the duration of our stay. The blankets and linens were pretty thin as well.

Not so pet friendly

Liked: We had a first-floor room with out door access.
Disliked: They charge me twenty five dollars for my dog per day. It wasn't my dog running up-and-down the hallway at two in the morning waking everybody up.Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Cold cereal coffee juice biscuits and gravy hard boiled eggs yogurt. Waffles.

Ok price , rude staff

Liked: Had a pool.close to highway
Disliked: Train goes by twice a night blaring horn multiple times 2am and 4ish in the morning. Staff was rude.

Disliked: Nothin I didn't like everything was good

For a one night cross...

Liked: The suite room was spacious and the price was very good.
Disliked: Near a busy road and train tracks but after 11:00 it didn’t keep me up. The pancake mix was not made right and it was like water with some mix. I tried to different cups and it was the same. The person behind desk on check-in had such a heavy Indian accent I could not understand what he was asking me.

Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel is in the middle of a remodel so trying to sleep during the day is not going to happen.

Great stay!

Liked: Very very happy with this stay and will definitely stay here again. Location was great close to a lot of food places and Walmart which is very convenient. The room was gigantic, we had a suite with two queen beds two couches and one of them was a sofa sleeper. Great value because we were able to split the room three ways.
Disliked: The one and only very small thing was all 3 of our room keys had to be reset because they stopped working. Was a quick easy fix at the front desk though.
