Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: When I arrived they didn't have me down as having a pet which I had marked when booking so they had to put me in what she called a DOG ROOM and the AC hadn't been turned on so it was very hot never did cool down my whole stay the front desk (Tina) had advised to close the bathroom door that help a little and the hallways were so hot like they didn't have the AC on in the building. Then I was advised by a friend who had come off the highway that he went there to get a room and they wanted to charge him a 100.00 deposit because he didn't have a reservation. I will tell you I will never stay there again just for the fact that I felt like just because I travel with my dog I get a room that hasn't been updated since I know that room hasn't been updated since I had stayed there when it was the Holiday Inn in the 90's.
