Has to be the worst...

Liked: Breakfast was the same thing everyday. It looked the the sausages and potatoes were just reheated each day.They say they only clean rooms every three days. I checked in o. March 30 and out on April 19. My room was only cleaned 3 timesEverything I.talked to the front desk I was given the same excuse. We are short staffed and doing our best. I was also told by the staff that I had a bad attitude.
Disliked: Extremely poor service. They should advertise they only clean roo.s every 3 days. I would not have chosen this location if I knew. Failing to clean my room. Was the last straw. I che ked out.

Rating doesn’t match the hotel

Liked: Desk clerk far from friendly, hot tub was Luke warm, pool ice cold, next room had a dog that barked past 9pm and then woke us up at 0600 and the heater/ air didn’t work I reached out to the hotel now I just want a refund
