Disliked: Key card didn’t work so an employee had to use a key every time I needed in my room. There was mold in the bathroom. There was also no breakfast.

Liked: I added my girlfriend as a guest on the booking and when I got there the staff (manager) wouldn’t let me check in because apparently my name wasn’t on the booking. My girlfriend’s was. She then proceeded to give me a hard time about helping me and telling me to reach out to the third party I booked with. And then kicked me out of the lobby as I was attempting to reach out to booking.com to have them fix this error. She said I wasn’t a guest and also told me I couldn’t stay with them even if I did get my girlfriend to come check us in. She was very unprofessional and rude. She did nothing to try and help me and was very argumentative. Luckily my girlfriend de-escalated the situation perfectly and convinced Nicole, the property manager to let us stay. However if I hadn’t brought my girlfriend as a guest I wouldn’t have been able to check in, and that’s a huge problem. I am the one who booked and paid for the motel. Yet I wasn’t listed as so. I would like a refund or some compensation for this massive inconvenience and mistake on bookings behalf. Thank you.
