Liked: Nothing, they are rude and unhelpful. Booking.com and this days inn have been such a terrible experience.

Disliked: The internet was shiny, and to get other room because the first one was not cleaned, they said there was going to be Bagels, Cereal. The first morning was cereal no bagels, morning that we left no cereal and no bagels.and then the pool was lime green my son asked to get in i told him way in my life he was. It was hot in the room ac would work then not work. I have a daughter that has seizure that good for the company if she would have had on. I believe I should get a nigth free on my next stay if I beside to come back my cell phone is 281-882-9481. My Name is Melissa if you would like to call me.

Disliked: Door card reader was broken had to keep going to the front desk to get them to open the door. They charged my card multiple times (every new worker kept running my card) so I had to lock my card. The internet went out so they said that’s why they kept running my card. They would not accept cash. The breakfast was not set up every morning so I had to buy breakfast at the service station nearby. The swimming pool was closed because the water was green and they had no maintenance people working to clean it. No elevator so the second floor was hell going up and down. Table in room was broken (glass) roaches found in the restroom and jacuzzi in room didn’t work. There was no kitchen in the suite even though booking advertised one.
