Disappointing

Liked: Love the location we're it was. The parking was easy.
Disliked: Didn't like the rooms. It seems to look like people don't know how to clean right. The only thing it looks that the beds were made. The floors were not swept, mop. Nothing got wiped down. We got moved from one room to another because the air conditioner was leaking water. Not clean. There was hair in the bath floor, bathtub, toilet and the sink. It look like some had shaved their hair and lefted it. The second room was no better but the only thing the air conditioner was not leaking. We were not happy. Had to clock out and wasted over $120. And on top of that. They don't tell you when you book online you have to pay a deposit for the room on top of the resort to save the room. You don't even get your full money back for poor service.

Disliked: Floors were full of liquid kept coming up.Greasy slippery almost fell. I had just had surgery 5 months ago on my ankle.Was a handicap room , which was very dangerous awful. Holes in bathroom walls. Luggage cart shredded wheels

Clean, comfortable bed and convenient.

Liked: Convenient and price
Disliked: TV did not work. One of the remotes were gone. Front desk did nothing about it

Liked: Very rude when I was trying to check in and then wanted to charge me more money because of my mini shitzu and booking .com told me I would not have to pay any more

Liked: Not much at all
Disliked: Poor staffing. Mildew in the bathroom. They advertise breakfast but I would not eat everything, look days old. The coffee was cold you had to wam it in microwave oven.

Disliked: Cleaned the room better. They wouldn’t open up the gym for me or the laundry room.

Liked: Water pressure was good
Disliked: Needs lots of work in bathroom vent on ceiling was hanging, mold on wall, craw space on ceiling was slightly open was scared someone was going to come through there, the bedroom floor laminate was all warped. Should have none the appearance of the property grass was way over grown.
