Disliked: I left the early I should have received a percentage of room fee credited back to me

Liked: ROOM WAS CLEAN AND IT WAS QUIET.
Disliked: I RESERVED THE 2 ROOM WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND IT WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATLY. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE REQUIRED TO PUT UP A $40.00 CASH DEPOSIT. WE GOT IT BACK WHEN WE LEFT. WHY WERE WE CHARGED THE DEPOSIT?

Disliked: It took 35 minutes to check-in. Free breakfast is lie. The place seemed like a hotel in horror movie where you see characters out of ordinary.

Liked: How clean and comfortable it was.
Disliked: Had no breakfast although they advertised they did. Couldnt even get a cup of OJ

Disliked: This place was disgusting, sketchy people staying there. It was dirty, I can not believe I paid money to stay there.

Disliked: No breakfast they checked and double checked out room went through our garbage to find any reason to need to give our deposit back

Disliked: The window did not open the air conditioner didn't properly work there wasn't no breakfast

Disliked: Towels were dingy and appeared dirty. Then when i ask for clean towels I was once again get dingy dirty towels. There were food stains on the blanket. Wundows were dirty along with the mirrors. Drug use in the open in the hallways.
