Disliked: The room has an old cigarette smell.

Exceptional

Convenient and comfortable but potential...

Liked: The room booked did not come through from booking.com to the hotel as disabled access. However the manager was very helpful with sorting the problem out. The breakfast was good with a waffle maker. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quite with ample parking.
Disliked: There appears to be a prostitution ring operating on the 3rd floor. They actually were no problem at all but there is the risk that their managers on site might be armed posing a security risk.

Lie about your security deposit

Liked: The location is close to lots of restaurants
Disliked: They say that the check in time is 4pm. We checked in at 7pm and were told to wait for half an hour for the room to be cleaned. The place is very old and outdated. The worst part of their service is how they handled the security deposit. They told you that they only put a temporary charge for the security deposit and will be refunded when you check out. Well it has been over a week since we checked out and they still haven’t refunded our money after I called them 3 times. Every time I called, they kept telling me that on their end the refund had been submitted so it must be my bank. I just called my bank after waiting for 10 days after check out and my bank told me that there is no refund from the hotel. So BEWARE when you stay at this facility!!!!

Pleasant

Liked: The room was good. And it was clean.
Disliked: The TV needed 2 remotes to work. Not user friendly.The continental breakfast was terrible. There was no way to measure the waffle mix. There was no fruit, yogurt was frozen and the cereal was stale. If you going to offer breakfast at least have food to last til 9am. We were there at 8am.

Poor

Liked: The room was too noise and I could hear the traffic all night and couldn’t sleep. For the rooms facing the street, they need soundproof windows.
Disliked: See above

Liked: Great price and decent location
Disliked: Very rundown although as clean as possible
