Cockroaches, dirty, rain buckets, unclean...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Water buckets laid out all over building to catch water from ceilings. No sense of security, camera outside hanging by wire. Killed a cockroach in bathroom. Furniture was like warehouse boxes with a tv on top. Paper cups were in opened package. Brown comforter had white stains all over it, I threw it on the floor and was disgusted. Side outside door was stuck open, no locking it. Pool water was milky. Tavern smelled so bad from possible mold we didn’t want to chance eating any food and didn’t trust food for breakfast and went hungry. Very disgusting stay but we already drove 12 hours and were exhausted.

Horrible this place ruined my...

Liked: The pool
Disliked: This place rents to addicts that don’t have anywhere to stay long term. We came here for vacation and was harassed numerous times from a tenant that didn’t want us having conversations and wanted everyone on the floor to be quiet. Police was called on us and we where told we have to go no one came and spoke with us we was immediately put out. I would never recommend this place for a vacation spot

Liked: My grandson and I enjoyed the swimming and the 2 queen beds. Unfortunately due to unruly guests next door who had 7 ppl in a room drank and carried on loudly all night! I called the front desk , they said it would be taken care of . Well I never slept and again at 6 am it started to get unruly again !! I knocked on their door only to be met by a large, loud, disrespectful woman who screamed in my face and quickly slammed the door so I could not see there were at least 7 ppl in the room including small children . Again called front desk and they were all removed from the property . So my visit was NO SLEEP AND WORRY FOR MY GRANDSON WHO IS 8 . I had a double queen bed room so we both could enjoy the extra room . I was told I WOULD GET A REFUND AND AM FULLY EXPECTING A REFUND FROM THE PROPERTY AND FROM BOOKING.COM Thank You, Marianne [email protected]. 570-780-4906
