Moon room good

Liked: Location and was clean
Disliked: Plastic on bed , no milk , very limited breakfast. Receptionist arguing with staff all morning

Disliked: Alarm room next to use going off at 2am and not be turned off till 6am. Also the pictures posted are outdated, hotel is currently under construction!!!!

It’s a great spot and...

Liked: We loved the pool and jacuzzi . The addition with the Moon Tavern made it a pleasant experience.
Disliked: The staff were not at all welcoming. We felt uncomfortable upon arrival being met with confused faces from the staff. The staff in the Moon Tavern were exceptionally friendly and made up for it.

Liked: The location was convenient. There was a tavern on site so we could get dinner without leaving the building.
Disliked: The decor is dated. The breakfast was very minimum. The apple juice was sour. Only offered tra and coffee, was anticipating hot cocoa as a selection

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty from the lobby to the room. We had bugs in our room. The bathroom was dirty. The lobby and elevators had wet floors that weren’t mopped up and the water was dirty.

Liked: Nothing disgusting
Disliked: They had roaches in the rooms and it stunk.
