That comfortable, relaxing feeling was...

Liked: It was convenient in a convenient location to get around.
Disliked: Didn’t like the impersonal way of checking in and out. There isn’t anywhere to ring a bell at the front desk to get in touch with anyone if there is a problem. All the workers that we met did not speak English, so was impossible to ask a question. Done through computer and was very hard to understand the other person. Door to the outside on the back of hotel did not close. Our room was 20 feet from it. Was very uncomfortable and anyone could come in that way or even the front as no one was at the check in area.

Overall, I be booking again...

Liked: The bed and bedding was very soft. There wasn't any guests making loud noise in the hotel on our floor.
Disliked: The room smelled like someone had been smoking inside the room. I went to the front desk concierge right away to inform her, she didn't seem to know what to do( she must have been new to the company) so I asked do they have an air freshener I could use which she was very helpful with that.

Would not stay there again....

Liked: Decent bed. Clean room.
Disliked: No attendant on duty during check in. Autobot from another country checked us in. No hot water. Luke warm shower. No iron or ironing board in room. Hair dryer did not work. Was late to church waiting on one to arrive from maintenance.

good mattress, ok for a...

Liked: good mattress, relatively quiet, AC working well, pillows ok, clean, although virtual front desk it worked well, room fits well a person or two.
Disliked: too pricy for what it offers, the shades don´t fully block the entry of sun, not compromising for sleeping though but it does bother a little in the morning
