good, clean 2 star hotel...

Liked: Mr. Dias was very helpful. We were a late check-in and seeing our age kept us from carrying heavy luggage up to the second floor by giving us his last room downstairs. He was a pleasant person to deal with after a stressful time trying to work around the 101 being closed (wild fires) that made our 2 hour trip a 5 hour trip with crowded detours.
Disliked: No issues.

I won’t be staying there...

Disliked: Noisy corner. People arguing or fighting in the stree.The “continental breakfast” was small muffins and a choice of Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran. There was a jug of milk and a jug of Sunny Delight to drink. I don’t remember if there was coffee. A family was there when I went in and they looked clearly disappointed. Lastly there were thin walls.

Liked: Excellent customer service both on the telephone and in person. Staff was helpful and courteous
Disliked: There was no vent in our bathroom, which added to the humid weather, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant

Disappointing

Liked: Tow choices of cold cereal. One muffin and one fruit. Coffee. Limited. Location was fine. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom shower shampoo , body wash and conditioner were empty. They did give us little one. They also give extra towels. Our feet showed how dirty the floors were in the rooms. Maybe use a wet mop not just a broom for the floors.

Could have been better but...

Liked: There was a fridge and microwave in the room. It also had a very big shower.
Disliked: Location is not the best. There was not enough plugs, especially for the coffee machine that was there! The breakfast you could say was nonexistent. It had a couple of things. Muffins, cereal (frosted flakes and raisin bran) juice machine was not working. Bananas and coffee. Its next door to Vons.

Disliked: the shower was kind of not doing it for me. hanging it feom the ceiling was weird and made it odd to shower. the floor around the shower was gross. odd to have AC behind the bed too. rest was fine.
