Disliked: The front office staff kept us waiting for about 15 minutes and offered no explanation nor apology nor even a hello or welcome or even eye contact. Was more interested in what was on their smart watch than the customer in front of him. They handed us a sheet and said again without eye contact

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. Nice warm breakfast.

Disliked: So I accidentally left my key in the room and this is my first night there. And I went to the front desk to get a new one. The young lady who was helping me was very nice. While she was helping me some older woman came up from being in the back and she lean in the desk. She interrupted us and asked me for my ID in such a judging and rude way. But I told her with friendly answer. I came back gave it to the nice lady. While I was giving it to her. I mentioned that the sick was stuck and the water is not going down cuz of the stopper was stuck but she wouldn't let me finish my sentence amd she asked me in a rude way " oh did u put some food down there?!' Ans on top of that she didn't believe me it was my room. Cuz my mom paid for it. Its like hello we both has thw same last name. And when I told her she was being really rude. She got super mad and pick up a lil jar or am object on the desk and she acted like she was gonna hit me with it. So im never staying there again. Ans on top of that she went out to my car and told my boyfriend I just came in and starting yelling. That was a big lie.

Disliked: The facility is close to being a homeless shelter with what appear to be numerous permanent residents. Parking lot has abandoned vehicles and trailers with I assume to be residents belongings. This is the second worst hotel I have stayed at. The worst was a Quality Inn (?) on the same street which the City bought and turned into a full homeless shelter. Hopefully the City will do the same with this facility.

Disliked: Cockroaches, bedding and towels were never changed out with four night stay, swimming pool empty of water and filthy, no fridge or microwave in room, breakfast options were a joke

Disliked: First and most serious: A guest walked into my room while I was getting out of the shower because the front desk gave them a key to my room by mistake. This is a massive privacy and safety violation. I reported it to Marvin at the front desk, who apologized and promised to escalate it—but I’ve received zero follow-up, no apology from management, and no compensation.It didn’t stop there:•When I tried to check out the next morning, there were no employees anywhere—completely unstaffed.•The included breakfast was nowhere to be found.•The pool was closed and from the looks of it, probably won’t reopen for another two years. None of this was disclosed in advance.•The property was surrounded by homeless individuals and sketchy activity, making the area feel unsafe.Between the total lack of security, customer service, and basic amenities, I honestly can’t believe this place is still listed. Do not stay here.
